House rules You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Checking in and out Check-in after 4:00 pm Checkout before 10:00 am Self check-in with lockbox During your stay 2 guests maximum No pets Quiet hours 9:00 pm - 7:00 am No parties or events No commercial photography No smoking Additional rules - All communications stay on the Airbnb message platform, and please, during reasonable day time hours. Host cell # for true emergencies. I will be very prompt in answering your messages. - This unit is ideal for 1 person, a second guest can be added for an additional fee. I prefer not a lot of noise coming from the space, hence why I do not provide a television. I will consider accommodating up to 2 people with an extra fee. The fee will be automatically added when you register 2 guests for your reservation. No other fee after booking. - Quiet hours from 9pm - 7am, please keep the interior door closed at all times during your stay. There is a lock on the left door that needs to be pushed up to secure the left side so the right side will stay shut. - May not use homeowners covered porch or the kitchen. Do not enter my private kitchen or pull the curtain back. If you need me, please shoot me a message. Please do not use the covered porch as a pass through or for any other reason. These are my private spaces. Please do not venture through my private spaces to explore the home or to come find me. If you need me, I will be readily available on the Airbnb message thread associated with your reservation. -No more than ONE vehicle (I do not allow more than ONE vehicle at any time. This is strict. If this rule is broken a fee of $100 per vehicle PER HOUR will be charged.) -Lost key will be $15 charge -Check out is 10am sharp. If our cleaning tech is held up because of late check out there will be a $50 fee per 15 minute increments. - We understand accidents happen and things can get left behind. No problem, we can ship your items for the cost of shipping plus $10 handling fee. Items will be held for 30 days in the lost and found. - No weather related refunds or date changes. This is a non-refundable booking. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be issued for any reason except where required by law. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment a reservation is made. This applies to cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, illness, injury, weather (including hurricanes and storms), beach or amenity closures, travel delays, government actions, utility interruptions, or early departure/late arrival/no-show. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance to protect their stay. If a mandatory evacuation or other weather event occurs, our no-refund policy remains in effect to the extent permitted by law.
