A 3rd pet may be approved in advance with an added fee — message us before booking. Undisclosed pets will incur standard fees plus $15 per night via Airbnb Resolution Center. Pick up after your pet (bag & trash it outside properly). Pets must be leashed outdoors — no roaming. No pets in the bed unless you bring your own bedding and notify the host. Host dog Sandy Banks may be on the property. If your pet is aggressive, this may not be the best fit. Do not open any windows. 🏡 House Rules All communication must stay on Airbnb messages (do not use hosts cell number). Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Have a 3rd guest? $25/night 1 vehicle per reservation. A 2nd may be allowed with prior approval BEFORE booking. Please treat linens & towels with care (sunscreen & makeup stain). Check-out is 10 AM sharp.
