Please reach out if you need special approval for 1 more vehicle. ◆Up to 2 pets with pet fee, NO CATS. Be sure your pet(s) are added to your reservation guest count. NO PETS ON FURNITURE: if you want your pet in the bed, you need to bring your own bedding and send me a message about this the night prior to arrival. Your bed will be left "naked" for you to use your own items. ◆No smoking anything on the property. If you smoke outside at the street please dispose of butts properly by extinguishing them completely and throwing them away in the outdoor trash can. If butts, smell or any sign of smoking there will be a $500 charge. ◆Do not move furniture or wall hangings/décor. This includes the interior and the exterior of the home. ◆No open flames inside or outside of the house, to include candles etc. ◆We understand accidents happen and things can get left behind. No problem, we can ship your items for the cost of shipping plus $10 handling fee. Items will be held for 30 days in the lost and found. ◆ No refunds OR change of dates related to weather. It is encouraged to purchase trip insurance when you book your reservation. Hurricane season is June - November.
