House rules You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Checking in and out Check-in after 4:00 pm Checkout before 10:00 am Self check-in with keypad During your stay 2 guests maximum Pets allowed Quiet hours 10:00 pm - 7:00 am No parties or events No commercial photography No smoking Additional rules Rules for pets: We welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 pets allowed: pet fee is $25 PER pet PER night. Please be sure your reservation accurately reflects your pet count. A 3rd pet can be considered with additional fee, you must reach out prior to booking for approval. If you bring any pets not listed on your reservation, you will be charged via the Airbnb Resolution Center the pet fees plus an extra $15. - Dispose of your pets waste, secure in a bag in the outside property trash can - Your pet cannot roam free outside, must be on a leash - Your furry friend is not allowed in the bed, if you want to sleep with your pet please bring your own sheets and blankets and shoot the host a message - Please do not ask me to keep my dog Sandy inside while you are visiting. If you have an aggressive dog that does not like other animals, this is not the place for you - Do not allow your dog to enter my part of the home Other Rules: - All communications stay on Airbnb message platform, and please, during reasonable day time hours. I will be very prompt in answering your messages. - Quiet hours from 10pm-6am - 1 vehicle permitted per reservation, if you have a second vehicle, sometimes I can make an exception - Please be respectful of linens and towels, sunscreen and makeup can leave permanent stains -Check out is 10am sharp unless otherwise mutually agreed upon - unapproved late check out will result in a $50 per 15 minute charge that a guest remains on the property after check out. - No fire inside, no candles etc. - If you smoke outside, please do not litter cigarette butts -We understand accidents happen and things can get left behind. No problem, we can ship your items for the cost of shipping plus $10 handling fee. Items will be held for 30 days in the lost and found. - Access to the bathroom is located immediately inside the home and just before entering the kitchen. The kitchen is my personal space and not to be accessed by guests for any reason. -Please wash and put away your dishes by using your sink in the passway to the bathroom. -Remember this bathroom is shared. Please keep your personal belongings in your room. -Check out is 10am sharp. -We understand accidents happen and things can get left behind. This is a non-refundable booking. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be issued for any reason except where required by law.
