House rules You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Checking in and out Check-in after 4:00 pm Checkout before 10:00 am Self check-in with lockbox During your stay 5 guests maximum Pets allowed Quiet hours 10:00 pm - 7:00 am No parties or events No commercial photography No smoking Additional rules - All communications stay on Airbnb message platform, and please, during reasonable day time hours. Host cell # for true emergencies only. I will be very prompt in answering your messages. - We welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs allowed NO CATS. Other animals require approval PRIOR to booking: pet fee is $25 PER pet PER night. Please be sure your reservation accurately reflects your pet count. A 3rd pet can be considered with additional fee, you must reach out prior to booking for approval. If you bring any pets not listed on your reservation, you will be charged via the Airbnb Resolution Center the pet fees plus an extra $15. ◆ PETS: Up to ONE pet/dog. No cats. If the pet you plan on bringing is anything other than a dog, please reach out for approval prior to booking. ◆ Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture including all beds and both sofas. If pet hair is found on our linens or sofa there will be an additional $75 fee per bed/sofa. If your pet sleeps with you, please bring your own linens/blankets. If this is the case please reach out the night prior to your arrival to inform your host. We will leave the beds with naked pillows & mattress pads. You can dress the beds with your own linens/blankets/pillows. ◆ All pet waste must be picked up out of the yard, secured in a plastic bag and disposed of in the outside trash can. ◆ Do not allow your pet to eat or drink from any of the cottages kitchen ware. Bring your own pet feeding dishes. ◆ Your pet should be crated or gated on the porch/fenced area in backyard while you are not occupying the space. ◆ Please be mindful of excessive dog hair and use the vacuum routinely during your stay. - Quiet hours from 10pm-6am - No more than 2 vehicles allowed on property - No driving or parking on the grass -If the Grill is used DO NOT leave unattended, discard charcoal and leave grill clean - If smoking outside butts MUST be disposed of properly or there will be a charge of $50 - Do not move furniture or wall hangings in home - Do not take linens or towels off the property (these are not beach towels) - Keep bicycles locked at all times on or off the property -Please take trash out to road on Monday and Thursday nights for pick up early mornings Tuesday and Friday. -Check out is 10am sharp unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. If our cleaning tech is held up because of late check out there will be a $50 fee per 15 minutes. - There will be a charge for damaged or missing linens or towels or beach equipment items. - Do not strip beds at check out and see check out guide on the refrigerator. - We understand accidents happen and things can get left behind. No problem, we can ship your items for the cost of shipping plus $10 handling fee. Items will be held for 30 days in the lost and found. -NO refunds or change of dates related to weather.
